Start-ups, Expansions and Business Plans

We provided guidance to the client with our expertise.

Start-ups, Expansions & Business Plans

An optimal example is a business plan we did for a cafe. This was their first attempt at a start-up. The client was very involved and responsive, which is very critical for a number of reasons: faster turn-around; the business plan becomes their own (not ours), and they are therefore better able to sell it (at least 50% of the equation to obtaining funding).

“The backbone of success is hard work, determination, good planning, and perseverance.” – Mia Hamm

Along the way we provided guidance to the client with respect to finance, operations, I.T., and sales & marketing. In instances where additional expertise was required, we sourced out contacts for the client.

Upon completion of the business plan, we assisted the client by communicating with the lender as well. In the end, the customized business plan aspect was complete and they received their funding within 3 weeks. There have been similar examples, but this is the most extreme progress. This was over 1 year ago and they are now considering expansion and possibly franchising, which we hope to assist with.

In recent years, this has become a larger component of our overall service offerings. In this instance there are far too many clients on an on-going basis, in too many industries, to easily provide a specific example. They are all equally important to us.

UPDATE – May 13, 2021
Interestingly enough, over the past 4 months, R.W.A. MANAGEMENT CONSULTING has written two (2) new business plans for them to help them expand a second, and a third location. We are now working on another business plan for them, for a fourth location.

At RWA we focus on the long-term outcome. We build sincere value and help our customers succeed.
